There are a lot of products on the market today that can help you take back your sleep.     When I was a kid I remember my dad snored so loud you would think he would wake himself constantly.     Fact is, this isn’t a beauty contest, so unless it’s Heidi Klum sleeping next to you in bed at night, the jaw supporter, also referred to as the chin strap, is one of the best products available to stop snoring immediately!   4. Snoring Mouthpieces

    Mouthpieces are comfortable because they mold to fit your bite. Depending on what your dentist recommends (based on the severity of your issue) mouth pieces work in various ways.     Some stop snoring throat sprays taste just awful, but with that look in your wife’s eye that says, “you better take one for the team here so I can sleep,” you’re going to have to grin and bear it! Some of these throat sprays can be administered through the nose, but we don’t recommend nose sprays unless you actually enjoy gagging a lot.

TENS (Transcutaneous Electric Nerve Stimulation) technology is prevalent in a lot of products outside of anti snoring devices. However, this is a daily solution meaning you go day to day, no long-term relief and no greener grass on the other side.   10. Snoring Surgery

    The most common surgery to help you stop snoring is Uvulopalatopharyngoplasty. Try saying that three times fast! This is a procedure used to remove excess tissue in the throat to widen the airway. Surgeons can remove your uvula, part of the roof of the mouth also known as the soft palette, or excess throat tissue like the tonsils, adenoids, or the pharynx. As with any surgery, it should be considered a last resort option because there are inherent risks with going under the knife.
